A unique study we have provided specifically for our partner Ideas First since 2010. The results of the study are published on an annual forum "Loyal customer: where is his button?"

The research methodology includes a survey of Ukrainian urban residents (economically active population) and interviews with experts in the field of customer loyalty programs.

The study evaluates loyalty programs market conditions and main directions of its development in Ukraine:

  • Ukrainian loyalty programs characteristics;
  • Participation of the Ukrainian population in loyalty programs;
  • Trends of loyalty programs  development;
  • The main problems of loyalty programs development.

In the 2012 this study was conducted in Russia for the first time.
